Account Manager - Online Delivery Platforms

Nigel Wright is delighted to be partnering with a world-class global FMCG business on a search for an Account Manager- Online Delivery Platforms. The opportunity for the Account Manager is to drive continued and sustainable growth through developing and growing accounts, including - Uber Eats, Deliveroo, UberEats and other virtual stores.

Key Responsibilities



• Build and maintain strong and long-lasting strategic relationships with delivery platforms (Just Eat, Deliveroo, UberEats)
• Analysing performance data and presenting insights to key stakeholders
• Manage and grow delivery brands in the portfolio
• Effectively communicate the value proposition to our restaurant partners, to drive both continued order growth and increased engagement
• Develop a deep understanding of the takeaway sector, trends and the competitive landscape
• Grow existing accounts and play an integral role in the onboarding process across existing brands and new brand partnerships
• Create account plans for each of your portfolio to map out growth and service opportunities
• Co-ordinating the different stakeholders and being the main point of contact
• Creating reports for internal and external top management;



Person Specification



• Key account management experience
• Proven ability to grow accounts through increased engagement and identifying upsell opportunities
• Experience analysing data with great attention to detail
• Ability to build key relationships and drive long-term engagement
• Results oriented
