£40,000-£45,000 + Strong Commission Structure
After launching around 10 years ago, this successful London based cosmetics company has already achieved sales of almost £20m enjoying substantial growth in the last decade. Operating within the nail and colour cosmetics categories, they now employ around 30 professionals including in-house design, technical and marketing teams. As a group of self-confessed ‘beauty junkies’, this extremely passionate team work across multiple brands targeting both mass and premium markets working throughout the high street and internationally. The company is now looking for a professional to manage the company websites and become part of their sociable ‘work hard, play hard’ culture.
As Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for continuing the current growth of the company’s two websites which turn over around £1m. With revenue from the channel set to double in the coming years, the successful applicant will use targeted email, social and affiliate marketing to achieve this ambitious target. Consumer analysis is also an important aspect of the role to improve repurchase levels and ensure campaigns are most efficient. This is an extremely cross functional role communicating throughout the business with such departments as supply chain, social and sales to ensure stock levels and customer services are running smoothly.
The successful applicant will have a passion for the cosmetics industry as well as a sociable and confident personality. The ability to build strong working relationships quickly across a variety of individuals is essential. Experience working independently or as a small team to grow revenue through a company website is essential. As a pivotal role within the business you must be able to act proactively and independently to achieve and exceed targets.
