POSITION - Graduate Sales
LOCATION – Bristol
PACKAGE – £21,000 + £8,000 OTE + VW Van
This fast growing and entrepreneurial soft drinks company is opening its doors to a driven and energised individual to share in their ongoing success and development as a Graduate Sales Executive.
They are looking for a sales person to join a highly dynamic team of individuals. The role’s primary focus is the management of the 'On the Go' Channel in Bristol, using your existing passion and knowledge of the drinks industry to drive success in line with the growth of this dynamic brand.
The Candidate –
We are looking for ambitious, passionate graduates who are proactive and engaging with ’on the go' channels as they will be selling directly to local conveniences, Petrol stations, cafes, office blocks etc in Bristol.

We’re looking for a new business star who has the resilience to keep going and the ability to capitalise on the training this role provides them with.
Position Overview -
Joining a new but rapidly expanding brand, your job will be to identify new sales opportunities and to support existing stockists by maximising availability and access to the product. You will embody the brand in everything that you do.
Your typical day will include looking after our ‘on the go’ customers, identifying and winning over new customers and creating tactics for driving rate of sale and visibility in targeted areas of the business. Whilst you will be managing Bristol (Swansea and Cardiff) – you will also be asked to support initiatives such as distribution and visibility drives and provide logistical support at events.
Experience & Candidate –
- Graduate calibre with 2:1 or above
- Ability to be a salesperson
- Can manage objection handling
- Excellent personal organisation, journey planning, communication & customer service skills
- Able to manage both an existing portfolio of accounts, whilst continually sourcing new stockists
- PC Literate & able to work competently with MS Office applications
- Full & clean European driving license
- Flexible, enthusiastic, hardworking & committed to a career in sales
- Self-starting, entrepreneurial & highly adaptable in a rapidly changing market place
- A rapid learner & a creative solver of problems
