THE ROLE: As a Business Development Sales Manager you will be responsible for selling various access control products into a wide range of commercial businesses. Your Points of contact will include owners, buyers, property managers, architects, specifiers and M.D's. This role is 100% new business, so you must be comfortable networking, cold calling and converting new business opportunities that present themselves to you. Your role as Business Development Sales Manager will see you taking orders anywhere in the 100's to the 1000's of pounds so you must have a professionalism about you.
THE PERSON: To be successful in the role of Business Development Sales Manager you will have experience in a b2b field-based sales role. You do not have to have experience within this industry as full training will be provided, but you must be new business focused and be able to demonstrate commercial awareness at interview stage. This paired with a driven, proactive, career motivated personality will see you excel in this position.

THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES MANAGER:
- Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
- Commission: £10,000 - £20,000
