This client has been ever industry enduring and constantly innovates newness within their speciality of watch brand distribution.

Reassuringly they own and distribute their own in -house brands together with an ever evolving portfolio of ‘ hot & highly desirable ‘ licensed brands.

Today’s opportunity is to facilitate direct  distribution to their Independent Retail Jeweller partners throughout the entire Southern region .

Would definitely appeal to those particularly with watch buyer rapport already established who were looking for ever wider fields of merchandise in which to revel in selling.

As indicated you have to have field sales experience in selling consumer products to Independently owned Retail Stores - where the owner is very often the ultimate decider as to brands stocked & sold.

It would be helpful to already know your way around watch terminology and have already sold / represented a watch brand well.

Accustomed at present to regularly organising your own journey plan and are meticulous over every aspect of your territory planning .

This spans from target setting through to implementation of account development plans for each individual Jeweller stockist.

You will share this businesses thirst for securing new accounts so continual prospecting both within established clientele and those as yet to be group supplied /converted must be an everyday quest…

Once brand (s) are sold in - you remain their ultimate guardian - so be it staff training , window merchandising or securing additional trade marketing in-store - your industry knowledge will make a tangible difference.

Individually you need to be shrewd operator - ever conscious of working smart and be ever aware of your sales objectives and targets and how best to ensure profitable sales for all.

Reporting wise you will accord the Companies Sales Director with succinct forward plan summaries and be the ears & eyes on the ground  every-ready to comment on trends , market opportunity or otherwise that you encounter.

You will need plenty of resilience , be inwardly a market maker & taker and never be phased or intimidated by the challenge that from the out- set all in this sector corporately face.

Interviews are needing to be organised soon so do have the confidence at the earliest moment to present your watch sakes credentials - all as always will be handled in complete confidentiality ..
