The Advocate Group are looking to appoint a National Field Sales Manager at an ambitious and aggressively growing premium alcoholic drinks business. Key Responsibilities of the National Field Sales Mangager:

  • Create a collaborative, high performing team culture to drive your team of 11
  • As the National Field Sales Manager, implement a strategic plan to achieve agreed targets
  • Coach and train the team to achieve the best possible customer relationships and sales, utilising your own experience
  • Ensure you manage the workload of not only yourself, but your team too to ensure maximum activity across all regions
  • Implement 1-2-1 coaching to stretch your team performance
  • Assist the field sales team in customer meetings when appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with all other teams in the business, finding and solving solutions together

Essential Skills of the National Field Sales Manager:

  • Independent worker
  • Strong management skills
  • Ideally an FMCG drinks background but not essential
  • Confident to challenge and ultimately drive performance from your team
  • Inspirational leader who has experience of driving a team
  • A good understanding of the full sales process in the drinks industry
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Able to take feedback with a solutions driven approach
  • Experience of utilising CRMs to grow sales figures – new CRM currently been implemented
