Due to continued growth a Multinational SME FMCG manufacturer are looking to add a Sales Director to their team to manage across multiple FMCG product sectors and customers.
The role will be focussed on managing three Head of Sales who cover very distinct and different business units. The purpose of the role is strategic oversight & planning, rather than day to day management of accounts.
Ideally, the right candidate will move into the M.D. role in the next 3 - 5 years.
The role is highly confidential, so at present looking to speak to interested parties.
- Must have worked at Sales Director level before in an FMCG business – preferably multi-site, multi-teams and multi-product category
- Must have major retail experience
- Must have managed people at controller or "head of" level
- Home based role, but preferably living South of the Midlands
