Bathroom Engineering Ltd are the UK subsidiary for TECE GMBH, based in Somerset. We manufacture, sell and distribute wet room technology and flushing technology to the bathroom industry. Our products are used to build bathrooms in the construction industry. Our products can be found in hotels, apartments & homes all over the world. We supply on a B2B basis to retail and trade customers. Our parent company TECE GMBH are a global manufacturer of sanitary products and installation systems across 5 sites in Germany, Europe and Asia.

We are looking for someone who has a strong background in FMCG sales, you will have already completed a couple of years in a field based selling role, learning, developing and enhancing your sales skills. You may already have progressed to a Regional or key account level role but yearn for more responsibility and input on how your area could be managed.

You will represent Bathroom Engineering Ltd and its products and services, in the Bathroom industry. Covering clients across retail, merchants and key accounts Driving sales across a defined area increasing sales turnover, volume unit sales and market share. Achieved by being an ambassador for the business and by working in a collaborative and consultative sales approach. Ultimately adding value, revenue and profit to Bathroom Engineering Ltd and our customers

This is a field-based hybrid sales role with a mixture of new business and account development, reporting to the National Sales Manager. We are looking for people with:

A proven track record in sales from FMCG background


At least 2 years’ experience in entry level field sales role, e.g. territory sale representative.


Key account or regional account manager experience.


Must be able to demonstrate good commercial skills as negotiating discounting and negotiation will be key


Strong planning and organisation skills


A collaborative team player


A solution based approach


Must be experienced in sourcing and making own appointments.
