About the role

In this challenging role you will develop and manage an effective Asset Care team to improve factory equipment and performance efficiencies and reduce operational costs.  You’ll identify long term, chronic repeat issues and eliminate root causes of breakdowns and speed loss.  You will manage a team of Asset Care Engineers, specific to your factory, and deliver the KPIs identified in the 3 year plan and Business Plan.  As performance is a key output of this role and you will provide key reports to the Engineering and Manufacturing management teams.

About You

As a highly experienced engineer within a manufacturing environment, you’ll be passionate about all things engineering and ensuring optimal performance from the plant under your control.  With experience of managing a team you’ll have a good understanding of how to lead site performance and culture from a basic environment to the highest level of efficiency and standards.   You will have had responsibility for development and management of Key Performance Indicators and will have a demonstrable a track record of achieving results.

Salary & Benefits
