Field Sales Executive – For “MUST”
Region: Kent and South East London
Salary: Negotiable (location & experience dependent)
Up to 20% bonus, plus company van, smartphone and tablet pc

MUST is a coffee/tea company
Expanding its global presence having been recently launched into the UK market last year.
We are looking for Field Sales Executives who are passionate and have huge amounts of spirit and drive to represent us in the UK.
It is essential to have the following criteria:
Full clean driving licence
The legal right to work in the UK
This is a full time role, Mondays to Fridays.
You will also be provided with a tablet and smart phone to communicate your wins!!
Full brand, sales and account management training will be provided both through the induction period and on-going in the field and at team meetings.
Team never finish until the targets are met!
The functional bit:
As a MUST Field Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving and retaining distribution of the MUST range in hotels and other outlets.
You will achieve this by:
Ensuring coverage of key retailers to a prescribed frequency
Delivering coverage of key national accounts as prescribed
Building strong and commercial relations with all contacts on territory
Driving sales in store through execution and sampling
Growing and maintaining distribution across the MUST range of products
Introducing exciting NPD launches to new and existing accounts to maximise availability
Being available to support key brand initiatives
The skills bit:
You need to be equally great at working alone as well as within a team, you must be target driven, work well under pressure, be responsive to deadlines and fully accountable for personal and team objectives. Well educated, you will have recent experience in sales.
To represent MUST you must have high energy, personable style with a great attitude and personality.
A willingness to strive to be the best in class.
