Internal Account Manager
Exciting role for an alcoholic drinks wholesaler who are looking to add an internal account manager to their team. The role is the perfect gateway into a field sales role within the drinks industry, and an excellent opportunity to work with some of the world’s biggest brands!
The main purpose of a Telesales Operative is to act as the first point of contact for a customer wishing to place an order with. Therefore you will be expected to hold a professional telephone manor and be apt at the selling of products.
The role does not involve cold calling, it’s about working with existing customers.
- Experienced in a B2B customer service or internal sales role
- Interest in the drinks industry
- Experience working with a product rather than service provider
- Advise all customers of any new stock items and any promotional offers along with up selling products
- To work closely with your sales representative to ensure that they are kept up to date on any changes to customer details as well as any issues arising
- To work closely with distribution to ensure deliveries are made on time
