Operating across over 80+ EMEA markets with a portfolio of brands we are looking for a Business Reporting Manager to assist the business in making informed business decisions for future growth, and assist developing their commercial strategy.

The Business Reporting Manager role is at the heart of understanding our the business performance across EMEA, bringing together their multiple data sources; sales in to bottlers, sales out from bottlers to retailers and retailer scanning sales to shoppers; to build a complete understanding of their growth opportunities and risks. You would be responsible for the commercial aspects and inputs of the S&OP process, ensuring that the business unit sales teams are delivering their commercial forecasts in full and on time on a monthly cycle, and then liaising with the Operations team to build a robust forecast, with all known risks and opportunities identified.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years multi-functional experience having experienced within the FMCG sector. You will have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to anticipate and deal with objections to achieve results. If you are highly adaptable to a rapid changing environment and have the desire to learn how to work in a lean, dynamic and non-corporate environment, driven by fast decision making, not processes and systems then this will be for you.
