THE ROLE: As a Regional Development Sales Manager, you will be selling a range of motor finance solutions into franchise car dealerships and used car dealerships. Initially you will be new business focused, however, as you win accounts you will be responsible for their growth and retention. This company is experiencing huge growth and needs a Regional Development Sales Manager to help continue this success. You will need to input some enthusiasm in to the existing accounts to make the most out of the potential business opportunities, whilst being confident in going after new business opportunities.

THE PERSON: To be considered for the role of Regional Development Sales Manager you will ideally have experience within motor finance or the car industry, if you have a strong b2b sales background this may also be considered. You must have a strong commercial awareness and a tenacious, driven, self-disciplined personality.

  • Basic: £30,000 - £35,000

LOCATION: The position of Regional Development Manager covers - Newport, Cardiff, Swansea, Chepstow.
