Our client is a well-established, successful food manufacturer that are currently growing their commercial team. They are seeking a Senior National Account Manager to look after Retail accounts for the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and drive sales for a fantastic company.  

Role

• Manage existing accounts and maximize sales opportunities with customers in the Retail channel  
• Ensure regular contact with customer base to maintain good relations
• Ensure a thorough understanding of your market and the companies supply capabilities
• Maintain up-to-date account records and reports
• Work with the wider sales team to share information and improve performance
• Support the maintenance and development of the company’s image and reputation

Person

• Proven track record of managing Retail accounts (Top 4, Discounters, Convenience)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to foster lasting working relationships
• Determined and proactive personality with the ability to be flexible in your working approach
• Strong IT and presentation skills

Package

£55k + Bonus + Car Allowance + Package
