We are currently searching for a National Account Manager to join a leading international manufacturer of dairy and charcuterie products – a major growth market. Established for over 40 years the company have a wealth of experience within high quality Mediterranean style food from Southern Europe and, following the acquisition of a major Foodservice business, are looking to expand their offering within the UK.
The role of National Account Manager will involve expanding sales within HORECA and Education sectors throughout the South of England (excluding London). In addition to managing a selection of existing accounts, you will also be responsible for identifying and enriching new customers within the industry and managing the relationship thereafter.
As a successful candidate, ideally you will have direct experience of managing Local or National Hotel, Restaurant or Catering Groups. Additional experience across the Education sector would also be valuable but not essential.
Ideally you will be tenacious, ambitious and driven - the perfect candidate will have an entrepreneurial edge and drive new ideas relating to business growth both in the UK and Internationally. This is a highly autonomous role where you will have great flexibility but also the support and guidance of a passionate, reputable family run business with a fantastic existing client base.
It essential that you are based in the South of England, specifically around the M4 corridor (anywhere between Bristol and Reading would be ideal) to be considered for this role.
You will also receive a generous and highly competitive basic salary (dependent on experience), bonus/commission, company car, pension and healthcare.
