Position- Recruitment and Retention Manager

Main Purpose- The core function of the role is to develop a recruitment and retention strategy for the NFRN membership.

Responsible to - Senior Line Manager

Retention and Recruitment Manager
The NFRN is an employers No1 trade association representing more than 15,000 independent retailers across the UK and ROI. The Recruitment and Retention manager should have experience of dealing with Trade Associations.

Duties
Develop and implement a recruitment strategy.
Provide recruitment training for Retail Development Managers and Retail Support Managers.
Develop and implement retention methods for existing members
Take ownership of all traditional, social media and web based activities in relation to recruitment and retention.
Achievement of sales targets on an individual and team basis.

Ad-hoc duties
To complete any ad-hoc duties as required by the Line Manager

Qualifications and skills
Experience of operating a CRM system and databases
Minimum 5 year management experience 
Excellent communication and customer service skills
