Site Accountant, Norfolk

A great opportunity for a Qualified Accountant to add financial and strategical value to an innovative, growing food manufacturer.

We have an exciting opportunity with one of the UK's fastest growing, innovative food manufacturers. The company is seeing year on year growth, has recently invested over £150 million into manufacturing and innovation and is targeting more, significant growth.

As part of the site leadership team, the Supply Chain / Site Accountant operates as the finance Business Partner to the site's General Manager and reports to the Group Supply Chain Financial Controller. You will be responsible for the factory's management accounts, forecasting and budgeting with accountability for NPD costings related to the site. The challenge of the role is working with the two Account Assistants (your direct reports) producing daily reporting of trend labour and material variances and communicating the information in an actionable manner in the face of double-digit growth across a high number of products and variances.

You will interact well with all members of the site leadership team, working closely with NPD, Production and Engineering, communicating effectively with them to support and influence delivery of operations targets and business objectives.

You will be a Qualified Accountant (preferably CIMA), a strong and effective communicator with experience within FMCG manufacturing essential and food manufacturing experience highly desirable.
