As a result of sustained growth, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to support them in their vision to be number 1 in their market
Your new role
This is an exciting and newly created opportunity as a result of company expansion, and the job holder will manage the engagement with strategically selected new multiple retail customers. Your specific responsibilities will include managing account set up, pricing, promotions, in-store support and marketing activity. You will play a lead role in the evaluation of new opportunities with your targeted accounts, and seek to optimise relationships with these customers to increase trade with them. You will also be involved in forecasting and range management and actively look for opportunities for brand listings with premium retailers
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will be an FMCG Sales expert with experience in Business Development, National Account Management or retail trading where you will have developed expert knowledge of your market. Your career to date will have seen you acquire proven account management and budget control skills. You will also have excellent negotiation skills, be highly analytical, and be able to manage a number of different project with shifting priorities at any one time
