  • Writing & implementing the customer service sales strategy for a busy consumer led call centre
  • Both first & second line management with the telesales team exceeding 100 people

Client Details

International consumer manufacturer with both B2B and B2C customers

  • Create and maintain a collaborative environment for the telesales team to ensure all members are handling sales calls in an effective manner producing high quality, approachable and efficient customer service.
  • Implementing on the job and classroom training including active listening of calls & KPI management.
  • Work as integral part of the wider business ensuring all communications between sales and delivery are being recorded accurately
  • Work closely with the Team Leaders to create a new starter training pack ensuring the smooth transition of new starters into the contact centre
  • Be driven by performance and reviewing the ongoing performance of each team member providing coaching and support when necessary
  • Implement a recruitment strategy and work with leaders to provide a collaborative environment and reduce churn
  • Be the driver on all escalated customer calls

  • The successful candidate will have an impressive track record in a contact/call centre environment
  • This is a senior leadership role so we need to see that you have both first and second line management experience
  • Experience of working in both a b2b & b2c environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Based in the Midlands
