LONDON REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – LONDON CRAFT BEER BRAND part of a Global plc.

c. £33,000 (dependent on experience) + EXCEPTIONAL BONUS, CAR, BENEFITS PACKAGE & CAREER POTENTIAL


Some Craft Beer brands have now hit the mainstream. They are producing amazing beer, different tastes and styles and ensuring that our supermarket shelves and bars are always stocked with the good stuff.

Our client is one of the success stories and their fast-growth is making the established businesses worried as they expand across the UK. This business has a fantastic story, a top-notch leadership team and believe in their people. AND Craft Beer isn’t all they do – they have several other businesses and are notorious in the Wine industry too.

Skills you need to be a success:
• Minimum 1-year experience in a FMCG sales position– this can be beer, wine, spirits or cider. It will be especially useful if you have a solid network & experience of the London market too.
• Experience working to and succeeding against targets – both for established clients and new business. You will need to be able to grow your accounts.
• Experience with sales reporting, P&L, RTM and business planning. They want someone that can grow into a more senior position in the business.

• Evidence of building effective relationships at all levels across multiple national customers and executing customer business and activation plans.
• You’ll have to love the brand! They want ambassadors that truly believe in the products and the mission.
