The Organisation
One of the UK's fastest growing distributor. Exciting times ahead due a recent acquisition for a leading premium spirits company. Focused on reducing the reliance on mainstream products and producing and alternative for retailers through the quality of the portfolio.


The Role
Supporting the national grocery and the development thereof and along with the objectives and implementing of the agreed business plans. Proficient forecasting and budgeting to ensure a positive ROI. Driving sales and visibility throughout the portfolio. Making use of all resources and team expertise, to add value to the brand equity and customer experience. There would be possibility of exploring new avenues where potential growth is possible for the brand, working with the marketing teams to implement and approach these. Constantly networking to ensure that knowledge and trends are kept up to date

The Person
* The ideal candidate will be a graduate, with an excellent track record of building relationships and driving sales within the Grocery Channel
* Experience equivalent to national account level and within the spirits industry
* Knowledgeable with regards to all categories of spirits
* Previous experience managing a P&L
* NPD launches within the spirits department
* Ability to travel nationwide to attend to customers and company functions, launches
* Driven and determined, natural ability to talk about ongoing trends and specific brands
