A leading charity is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to drive footfall to stores across the UK.

Our client is a well-established Charity providing services to local communities.

Description

The Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering the multi-site marketing strategy, creating a brand-story and driving footfall to stores.

Based on knowledge and insight, the Retail Marketing Manager will develop and deliver the marketing calendar, including seasonal offerings, promotions and loyalty campaigns, balancing the charity story, fundraising opportunities and sales goals.

With a focus on ROI and profitability, the successful candidate will create fully integrated campaigns to drive awareness and footfall to store. It will be important for the Retail Marketing Manager to build effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally with brand manufacturers and agency suppliers.

This role is office-based in Cardiff, with some travel.



Profile

The Retail Marketing Manager will:
  • Have a track record in Retail Marketing
  • Have a track record in delivering marketing activity across multi-site
  • Have a demonstrable track record in developing and delivering campaigns
  • Have a strong analytical background
  • Have a strong creative background
  • Have a strong commercial eye, and a demonstrable ability to make pricing and margin decisions
  • Be based in commuting distance of Cardiff
  • Be willing to travel as necessary
