A global designer and manufacturer of toys and games is now looking to add to their team a proven Export Sales Manager. This company creates and supplies products for kids of all ages and is home to a number of well-known and well-loved brands. The business has a very friendly and welcoming culture and they take care of their employees. They are now looking to expand their export presence, which is already showing great success.
As Export Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing a defined territory, this territory will be dependent on the candidate’s previous experience. This is a newly created role and offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to make a real impact. The role will be responsible for growing a portfolio of existing accounts along with development of new business, this would be a customer facing position so regular travel will be required. You will also be responsible for keeping on track of competitor activity and reporting back new and innovative ideas that you believe will help the company to grow.
To be considered for this exciting new position you must be able to demonstrate success growing an Export territory within the Toy industry. The territory is to be defined dependent on the successful candidate however experience of Eastern Europe is highly desirable. You must have an energetic and fun personality and show passion and drive to grow and develop sales.
