National Account Manager | Food Service

About Our Client:
Our client is a leading supplier of a variety of food products with a great reputation for quality and working collaboratively with their customers. They operate in a very fast paced arena and work closely with one another to ensure orders get to customers in full and on time. They serve chefs and restaurants on a daily basis and thousands of consumers eat their products. They have strong ties to the food scene in London (although they have a national reach) and pride themselves in serving some of the best restaurants in the country.
About the Role:
You will use your account management skills and sales energy to identify opportunities within the market and existing accounts to drive sales forward. A strong negotiator, you will have a track record of delivering commercial results and successfully pushing through price increases. Do you go into a sales meeting asking how can I increase sales within this account today? You will have the drive and enthusiasm to out perform any KPI's and want to progress within an organisation.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will come from a food service / FMCG background. You will have a track record of successfully managing large accounts and delivering increased business. You will be able to deliver at pace and will have a track record of delivering results in a fast moving environment. Experience in seafood would be considered a real asset but this isn't a must.
To be considered for this position, as a minimum, you MUST have a fantastic attitude and be hungry and driven to progress and deliver results. You will have a track record in the commercial management of food businesses and be able to deliver at pace.
