A global FMCG corporate with a portfolio of household brands is looking to recruit a Category Executive to collate and analyse data and turn this data into insights for their retail partners. This would involve making recommendations on range and merchandising, promotional strategy and retailer specific tactics to drive growth for the total category.
Take the category strategy to the customers and utilise it to develop tailored joint category plan and be the go to contact for Buyers, CAM’s and Brand Managers on Category performance, opportunities and risks. Proactively seek out opportunities to engage with retailers on how they can drive growth in the category.
The Category Executive will win at range reviews and deliver continuous insight through performance monitoring, and internally will be the voice of the Shopper & Customer internally.
The category executive will have customer facing experience and you will be comfortable with data analysis and insight generation.
A real relationship builder with FMCG market knowledge, you will ideally possess some Range and Merchandising experience.
