- We are handling an exceptional opportunity for an experienced international sales manager / export sales manager.
- The role covers Russia and Eastern Europe and fits within a successful and profitable, multinational business operating in branded FMCG.
- The products are internationally recognised and sold to export markets via distributors.
- The Export Sales Manager will report to the International Sales Director and will inherit an existing distributor network across Eastern Europe, CIS and Russia with a 2018 turnover of circa $6m.
The role is based in London (close to WC1N 3JH)

The Package
- The business will design a package to attract the right candidate.
- They are able to attract high-achievers with a wealth of experience and at the same time can consider less experienced candidates with a hunger for career progression.
- It is anticipated that the Export Sales Manager will earn a basic salary of around £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience plus includes car allowance, 20% bonus and private health insurance.
The Person
- To perform the role of Export Sales Manager you will need to have previous export sales and international distributor management experience.
- A background in FMCG or consumer durables is essential.
- Experience of managing sales into the region of Eastern Europe and/or Russia is highly desirable.
- Languages (especially Russian and Eastern European languages) are considered an advantage for this role but are not essential.
