The role:
Your role will be to use energy and creativity to help the achievement of company targets through a wide range of marketing activities. This is a dynamic and challenging role involving all aspects of marketing but with a focus on digital activities. You will create, plan and continually improve a broad range of digital campaigns, alongside collaborating with the sales and marketing team. You will need to analyse campaign performances, identify opportunities and make personal contributions to the big picture strategy.

Key responsibilities:
  • Create and continually develop content on websites for KPIs, such as, increased optimisation, enhanced user experience and successful conversions
  • Utilise digital analysis tools to interpret current performance, produce internal reports and implement continual improvement
  • Create and optimise online content on all digital platforms including social media
  • Develop and implement a range of digital advertising streams, such as PPC, banner adverts, email marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs within allocated budget
  • Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
  • Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, face to face, to understand the target audience and identify any industry trends
The ideal candidate:
  • 1 years' experience in digital marketing
  • Degree level education with a broad understanding of marketing communications
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills; the ability to meet deadlines, handle pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Confidence and energy
