Business Development Executive 

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to be part of our passionate and dynamic team to support the growth of our successful Brand covering an area from our Frimley support office to Bristol! 

Can you demonstrate strong experience as a Business Development Executive supporting the growth of profit and volume in fast-paced FMCG/Food environments?

With 30 new store openings last year alone, and our biggest and most exciting Launch to date in Ireland this year, we are currently on a rapid expansion plan, which means that it is a genuinely exciting time to be with the business.

We now need a Business Development Executives to play a key part in driving this growth.  

This is a new role within the business and an exceptional opportunity to make a considerable impact working with a dynamic team towards further success.  

The Business Development Executive will hold a pivotal role in managing and building Customer relationships within the Grocery, Services and Leisure channels.  You will be the voice of the Customer with key Krispy Kreme stakeholders at our factory stores, and will work closely with our Demand Planning team.  

Key responsibilities will be the delivery of LFL & Budget Sales targets within a given territory through in-store cabinets.  Alongside this, you will also be responsible for delivering the National Sales and Marketing plan on a regional basis, maintaining the Brand Standards of Krispy Kreme and to ensure that all campaigns are delivered in a timely manner in line with the Marketing strategy.  

This is a new opportunity within our business, and as such you will have the unique ability to own the development and growth of the role.

As our ideal candidate you are ambitious and able to demonstrate clear progression within your career to date.  You will have strong relevant experience at a Business Development Executive level and looking to develop and grow within this role.  

You will need to bring:

Experience within a FMCG/Food & Off-Premise environment

Proven experience working with & building relationships across the Top 4 Grocery MULTS preferable

Commercially minded with the ability to respond to quickly changing/fast-paced environments

Self-starter, able to work autonomously

Ready to grow within this role, and able to take responsibility with the natural expansion of the business

Imaginative, enthusiastic, passionate, entrepreneurial and flexible in approach

Basic knowledge of Excel and Power-point

Strong planning and organisational skills

Results focused and team player

Excellent communication skills, articulating self with credibility and conviction

The determination to achieve and the willingness to continually learn 

A love of amazing doughnuts is helpful!  

This position is a field-based role requiring regional travel across the UK.  Attendance will be required at our Support Office in Frimley, Surrey on an ad-hoc basis.  

Salary: circa £23,000 - £25,000pa, plus competitive package including 15% Bonus, and Car Allowance
