We are looking for an excellent National Account Manager with a results driven approach, and proven ability to deliver commercial success through the management and growth of key Grocery accounts, to help lead our expansion across the UK!

Krispy Kreme UK has over 130 stores and 1100 in-store cabinets, and growing! with 30 new store openings last year, and 2018 set to see our biggest launch to date in Ireland, we are on a fast expansion mission and it is a genuinely exciting time to be with the business. We now have a need for a National Account Manager to play a key part in leading and driving this growth.
As our National Account Manager you will support the National Account Controller for Grocery as well as manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve budgeted, LFL sales and profit growth for tier 1 Grocery accounts. You will work closely with all departments and be involved in the planning and implementation of the annual business plans.
This is a brand new role within the business, as such a unique opportunity to own the development and growth of the role, and a fantastic opportunity to help lead Krispy Kreme’s growth across existing and new Grocers, and develop with the business.
As National Account Manager you will work with our NAC to identify new business opportunities that will drive revenue through thinking outside-of-the-box. You will also ensure EPOS reporting by account in a timely manner to help evaluate changes in product mix, LFL performance, and promotional uplifts. This role will work closely with the wider Off-Premise Team, and 5 Business Development Executives to develop and drive sales performance across Krispy Kreme cabinet estate.
Tasked with ensuring implementation of marketing campaigns with Buying teams to meet both internal and external timelines, you will forge strong relationships and work closely with account departments (Marketing, Finance, Transport, Demand Planning) and be the voice of the customer, representing the Customer’s needs to help drive account growth.
As our ideal candidate you are highly-motivated, energetic about making a positive difference, and have an inherent passion for visible business growth! You are ambitious and able to demonstrate clear progression within your career to date.
You will need a minimum of 12 months experience as a National Account Manager within FMCG Grocery or Convenience, and a solid understanding of product profitability and contributing factors to balance Gross Margin, Revenue and Cost of Goods targets.

This position ideally to be based Midlands/South East - travel to our Support Office in Frimley, Surrey, with some National Travel across the UK.
Salary: circa £45,000 - £50,000pa (dependent on experience) plus £5k car allowance, and 15% Bonus potential
