At REACH we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Territory Development Executive to work within our business. The role will be working with our client Hill’s Pet Nutrition.

Hill’s Pet Nutrition enjoys a reputation as one of the most trusted pet food brands internationally. Hill’s believe daily nutrition is the single most important thing you can do to enrich and lengthen the special relationship you have with your pet.

The right candidates will be bright, articulate and ready to exceed sales targets as well as offering the right solutions for our clients. You will be joining our high-performing team you will take charge of accelerating our performance in terms of brand awareness, event and display execution to enhance turnover and increase market share. Employed by REACH, you will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships in the Pet Channel, driving in-store distribution and training in-store staff on new and exciting products.

Central to this role is to be able to exceed key performance indicators and be self motivated to develop into either management or a higher sales roles within the REACH business.

The successful candidates will ideally have experience within the Pet Channel, FMCG sector or from a retail background, although you could also be an ambitious, motivated individual with experience in other sectors. You will be excited about selling strong brands and show resilience, drive and tenacity to succeed.

You must also hold a full driving licence.  There may be some travel in this role and the need for some overnight stays.
