I’m currently working with a well-known and established beauty / personal care manufacturer who’s branded products can be seen in Boots, Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Ocado as well as many others and online.

Having worked with this business for a considerable time, we know that they’re a fantastic business to work for and it’s a very exciting to join as they continue to grow!

As part of their continued growth, they’re looking to recruit a National Account Executive / Junior National Account Manager to support their team of National Account Managers. For the right candidate who is driven and customer focused, this role offers progression into a NAM role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customer meetings with the NAM team where required
• Provide day to day support to the grocery team, working across key grocer relationships
• Working with NAM’s in managing merchandiser relationships
• Create weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for use by the national sales team
• Handling frequent ad hoc requests from customers
• Have a good level of commercial awareness in a retail environment

Key Requirements:

• Experience of working in an FMCG environment, ideally sales / account management
• Passionate, energetic and keen to succeed
• Driven by a desire to make a difference, willingness to constantly change your and adapt priorities
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels with key customers and internal teams

This is fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a clear progression path with a well-known and established brand. The basic salary for the role is up to £28,000 and the role comes with a discretionary bonus, life assurance, pension and 28 days holiday + 8 bank.
