Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding SME snacking business, to manage and strategically develop the OOH and Sports Nutrition channel.

Client Details

My client is a rapidly expanding FMCG snacking business who are growing double digit figures yoy. Currently seeking a NAM - Out Of Home and Sports Nutrition to add to there high performing sales team.

Description





NAM - Out Of Home and Sports Nutrition

  • Responsibility for account performance and all Customer financial measures, including full trading P&L (Volume, Invoiced Sales, Gross Contribution).


    • Responsible for the commercial performance of Red Star Brand's Snacking portfolio through all physical Customer formats (Supermarkets, Convenience, Discount, Wholesale) where appropriate by customer.
    • Develop customer specific strategies and tactics to deliver budgeted P&L, increase market share, and deliver the Customer JBP.
    • Negotiate all pricing, trading terms, promotions, fixed investments and any item with financial impact.
    • Responsible for the forecast for the upcoming season and full year plan.
    • Landing the current in-month forecast for Volume, Invoiced Sales and GC.
    • Pro-actively develop a wide range of cross functional contacts within customer and facilitate appropriate department to department contact (Buying, Category & Insights, Supply Chain, Marketing).
    • Manage and co-ordinate internal process and procedures, ensuring that the account management is aligned to all recognised systems and trackers.


    • Work "hand-in-glove" with the Account Managers across key accounts where there will typically be "pull-through" from alternative routes to market.






    Profile



    NAM - Out Of Home and Sports Nutrition
    • Previous P&L responsibility, preferably within large-scale customers/organisations
    • Min. of 3 years' experience of successfully managing the top UK Out Of Home customers
    • Currently delivering sales growth for a Confectionery and/or an Impulse Snacking supplier
    • Proven track record of succeeding in a fast-paced commercial organization
    • Evidence of successful leadership and proven trading achievements
