Sales Account Manager (Field Based) - Garden Centres

£35-38,000 Basic, £42-45,000 OTE (Uncapped), Company Car + Benefits

Our Client is a leading supplier of a range of products to the Garden Centre Channel. A vacancy exists for a Sales Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of garden centre accounts in the South West/M4 region.

The role is to look after an area in the South West/M4 region and looking after a patch currently worth substantial annual sales but with plenty of potential to do more. Commission is uncapped, but it’s very realistic to earn another £7k on top of basic ( often more ).

This is a home based role but candidates do need to be able to get into the office in the London area in the busy seasonal periods. The job holder should therefore live somewhere where they can easily access London and the South West so probably near the M4 corridor.The job holder will be required to attend a number of trade shows each year.

The ideal candidate will have experience of selling into independent garden centres and again ( ideally a product with seasonal tendencies of some kind ). Our Client will look at candidates from Christmas, Horticulture, Outdoor / garden furniture, Halloween, Greetings Cards etc

Remuneration – circa £35-38k Basic. Uncapped bonus ( OTE £7k ). Company car.
