Client Development Manager
The Client Development Manager will have one key account where they will manage the direction of field activity, to ensure that consistently high service levels are achieved at all times. Identifying opportunities by establishing strong relationships within the client business, you will use an innovative approach to develop proposed solutions to both identified and unidentified market situations.
Founded just over 10 years ago, our client is an industry-leading field and experiential marketing agency that accelerate brand performance. With over 100 in their Hertfordshire HQ and 1000 people across the wider business, they are an energetic and fast paced business with really exciting growth prospects.
Day to day you will be working with the CDM team and Operational Management to ensure consistency and sharing of best practice throughout the field teams. You will be arranging and attending client meetings, liaising closely with external and internal stakeholders to understand the challenges and requirements and developing solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with 1-2 larger accounts and able to work under pressure.
