Senior Commercial Manager
As an experienced Senior National Account Manager or National Account Controller, you’re looking for an opportunity to make a big impact in a smaller, growing and family owned business. In just over 30 years they have developed a strong reputation in their sector for taste, innovation and quality. Their brand has a loyal following, they have some strong own label customer relationships and are now looking to strengthen their team at a senior level.
In this key role you will develop and implement winning commercial strategies to grow sales and profitability. You will need to take a highly commercial approach to product costings, account planning, margin management and terms negotiations. You’ll also lead and develop a small National Accounts and Key Accounts team and liaise internally with Commercial Finance, Marketing and Operations. The family have ambitious plans and reporting to the Managing Director you can play an important part in their success.
You must have a structured FMCG background and examples of working with Multiple Retail Customers to implement winning branded and own label strategies. Ideally you will also have experience of working for a family owned business. You are driven, commercially astute and determined and you are looking for a company that will give you the flexibility and freedom to act.
