THE ROLE: As Business Development Sales Manager your focus will be on identifying and converting new business opportunities, these prospects will come from self-generated leads or cold calling, so you must have a proactive work ethic. In the position of Business Development Sales Manager, you will be expected to manage the account base you will inherit and to grow existing relationships. The role of Business Development Sales Manager will see you selling a range of commercial services in to multiple markets including Legal, Financial and Telecoms, to name a few. You will be contacting managers across multiple departments to establish these relationships.
THE PERSON: To be considered for the role of Business Development Sales Manager you must have a B2B sales background, experience in delivering proposals is desired but not essential as full training will be provided. Therefore, experience in this industry is also not essential. You must be ambitious, personable and motivated to be successful in your career and chosen profession of sales.

THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES MANAGER:
- Basic Salary: £25,000-£30,000
- Bonus: £10,000 - £20,000
- Car or Car Allowance
