On Trade Sales Manager
CSG are currently working with an innovative craft gin company, which is making its mark in the gin world. The business has more than doubled in size in the last 2 years and is continuing its journey to grow. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial attitude to be part of the development of an exciting and expanding business.
Following rapid growth they are seeking an accomplished on-trade manager to increase volume and manage the existing sales team. The ideal candidate would be an experienced Sales Manager from a SME or a Senior National Account Manager from a blue chip organisation and can work well in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities in this role will include:
- Creating your strategic growth plan
- Analyse budget
- Analyse quarterly sales trends and set targets for next quarter
- Create and develop superior customer relationships.
- Negotiate and agree contracts.
- Generate long term sustainable business relationships
- Build strong internal relationships and work cross functionally within the business.
