The Role: The new Business Development Manager will be working from home, prospecting new business across the South East. Making 40 calls per day to any business with a fleet of vehicles, you will be selling driver training for HGV vehicles. Dealing with transport managers and business owners, you will also arrange face to face meetings where possible, covering Kent, Sussex and South East London. To be successful in this role you must be driven, tenacious and comfortable self generating business.

The Company: Our client is unrivalled within the road transport training industry. Simplifying legal obligations, they are now a top 10 DCPC training provider with the UK's largest fleet compliance auditing team. Some of their driver training courses include; incident and terrorism prevention, urban driving, large fleet and van smart. Realistic commission means you should be earning £50K by your 2nd and 3rd year, but their top performer took home £80K OTE last year! Candidates from ANY sales background are encouraged to apply.

For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have some b2b sales experience
  • Comfortable cold calling
  • Driving license


Benefits of this field sales role:
  • Between £27,000 - 35,000 basic salary, plus uncapped OTE
