The Organisation

Our client has a global collection of recognised FMCG brands, and has been a leading organisation within the sustainable food & beverages market for a number of years. My client has build strong relationships within the major supermarkets and discounters by continuously delivering high quality innovation and superior business performance. A rare gap has emerged in the national accounts team at a Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) level.

The Role

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, this position will allow you to work autonomously within an extremely driven and developed workforce. In order to play a key role within this organisation, you will have to build effective relationships with key clients and aid the continuous expansion of the firm's most prestigious grocery accounts. This will be through a combination of high customer service levels and ensuring the continued enhancement of the company's exceptional brand. You will be supported by a commercial executive and be required to lead / develop their career.

To be Successful

The successful candidate will be either a prime National Account Manager looking to step up or a proven Senior National Account Manager looking for new challenge. You have a solid track record fully managing complex P&L and developing joint business plans within Top 4 grocery accounts including: Tesco & Asda. You are a driven professional that is focused on delivery and brand engagement. You're a lateral thinker who produces results and pushes for innovation. The selected candidate will ideally have direct line management experience or has mentored junior team members within role.

Salary & Package

The salary offered will be based on your current experience. On top of the salary you will be given a company vehicle, private health-care, pension and bonus - based on personal & company performance. Furthermore, you'll receive training and support and numerous opportunities to progress. You'll enjoy an exciting and passionate environment with modern tools and technology to get your job done and a team of hard-working, loyal, like-minded individuals supporting you.
