Looking for the right person to oversee and be responsible for a P&L, which should grow by 30%-40% in the next 18 months. Supporting the NAM to ensure that the plans and objectives are implemented. Analysis of the data for each account and their performance and being strategic in how to continually grow.
Previous experience in retail food within FMCG
Proven track record for dealing with people at various levels.
Self-motivated, proactive and strong problem-solving skills
Previous head office and negotiation experience
Strong desire to achieve or exceed targets that have been set out.
