The company:

One of UK’s leading online spirits retailer are looking for a Graphic Designer who is a creative thinking, digital native, brimming with ideas and the drive to bring them to life. The position will lead our graphic design team from conception to finalisation, creating highly creative and engaging campaigns for e-commerce.

The role:

  • Managing creative projects from emails to landing page creation to homepage assets
  • You will be the go-to for all digital assets across the site and digital marketing collateral, ensuring a seamless customer experience and brand identity
  • You will oversee end-to-end design of their emails to create consistency and ensuring the brand aesthetic is upheld across this channel
  • Creatively contributing to their social media presence and designing both static and animated assets and ads for the brand
  • Creation of assets for affiliates, social media postings and blogs as well as additional content projects including video creation and product shots
  • Overseeing all the UI for the brand you will be a key player in their growing team
  • Confident with the basics of UX you will make recommendations for site functionality and usability,
  • always designing with the customer in mind
  • Assisting with CMS uploads to ensure the site is always up-to-date and delivering the best onsite

  • Creating banners for onsite and digital marketing purposes, you will be a dab-hand with repurposing assets and driving forward the brand aesthetic
  • As the team and business grow you will be instrumental in future site design plans and projects – this role

The candidate:

  • Strong Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects and Dreamweaver skills
  • Experience with organising photoshoots from concept to full execution
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices connected to web design
  • Experienced with ESPS (Adestra & Ometria preferred) including list segmentation
  • Ability to multi-task, be flexible and roll up your sleeves; quick and efficient
  • Commercially aware; balance time and effort vs commercial return
  • Good understanding of HTML5/CSS – capable of designing with the end development in mind, as well
  • In house retail background desirable
