Core consumers have become brand ambassadors through the key message of health, wellbeing, sourcing and loyalty created in the eyes of unique customer and consumer marketing plans.
The owners of the business now seek to appoint an entrepreneurial individual capable of winning new business for this small team in the UK multiple and foodservice markets. Winning will be measured and enabled through NPD and range expansion. To be successful in this role you will be comfortable with uncertainty and lack of clarity but be able to identify with the opportunity of the leadership and owners. Therefore, this is not a role for large ego’s but one that will nurture and develop those with high social and commercial planning skills.
You will join initially as head of a small team, and as part of the senior leadership team, focus to build business within the retail channel. The pace of the operation is unforgiving and yet excitedly challenging for those who seek the opportunity to make step change in business, lead people and implement their own strategies. For the right individual the opportunity to lead the total business does exist.
