Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Industry leading start-up

An incredible opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join one of Europe's fastest growing start-ups. They are only 6 years in and already the industry leader, so it says a lot about where they're heading and it's a fantastic time to join.

In this role you will have exposure across the whole business and be using data to answer critical business decisions. You will also be leading a team of 3 junior analysts and setting the overall strategy for the team; however prior line management experience is not essential seeing as training will be provided. In addition, another key aspect of the role is around innovation as you will be instrumental in improving and innovating processes within the business. With this being such a data driven company, it means that this is a very strategically important hire for the business as you will be working closely with the CEO and other senior directors to help drive the company forward.

In order to be successful in this role you must have strong analytical and data visualisation capabilities, with advanced Excel skills and prior experience with Tableau and SQL essential. Experience with other statistical packages such as Python is beneficial, but not essential. As previously mentioned, whilst prior line management experience isn't required, it is preferred. It is important that you are a supportive and inspiring leader to your team of junior analysts, so you must be excited by the prospect of management responsibilities.
