Salary: Base of £24-28k + £4k bonus + benefits

On of the the UK’s oldest and most established soft drinks companies are looking for an outgoing full time Business Development Executive to join our small dynamic team. Since it’s rebrand three years ago, Hartridges has grown from strength to strength with packaged and draught dispense sales up 40% and growing.

You will be developing draught dispense and packaged listings in the SW and Central London area. Candidates will need to demonstrate a passion for the 'on-trade' together with sales and commercial skills.


  • Gain new listings of our products in independent on-trade outlets
  • Work closely with distribution partners to identify new business and grow existing business
  • Increase brand awareness
  • Overachieve set KPI’s for territory, based on new distribution
  • Any other reasonable additional duties that may be required from time to time


  • Minimum 1 year field sales experience in the On Trade

  • A proven track record
  • Live in or near SW London
  • Good knowledge of the London drinks industry

  • An excellent relationship builder and communicator
Self-motivated to organise and plan your own diary and comfortable with a 100% field sales role

  • Confident, persuasive, with a ‘can do’ attitude and a hunger for driving new business.
  • A full driving licence. Car will be provided
