Our client is a successful, well-established manufacturer in the North West. They are seeking a talented Telesales Account Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your career in Sales.

Role

  • Dealing with an existing customer base by phone and e-mail
  • Opening and developing new accounts
  • Liaise with field sales team and relevant internal colleagues
  • Maintain up-to-date records and detailed database on customer orders
  • Reporting market trends to purchasing department

Person

  • Successful track record in telesales or customer facing role
  • Ability to build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing
  • Efficient time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong IT skills with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office

Package

£20-25k + bonus (OTE of £30k)
