THE ROLE: Working as a Sales Development Manager across Scotland, you will be responsible for a team of sales professionals selling a large range of lightweight non-food catering supplies - including cookware, crockery, cutler, glasses, clothing - to larger organisations, with 10+sites that sell food and/or drink. You'd also have some account management responsibility, however the focus will be on leading, mentoring, coaching, developing the existing sales team that is in place. There will be significant dealings with other sales divisions, as the opportunities for cross selling and up selling continue.

THE PERSON: It is essential that you have experience of selling non-food products to the On Trade or HoReCa sector. Passionate, organised, personable, target driven individuals are sought.

THE PACKAGE FOR SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
  • Basic: £32,000
  • OTE: + 20% Bonus
  • Car: Car (choice) or Allowance
