Sales Executive - Premium Sports Sponsorship
THE POSITION: This role has the primary responsibility for revenue generation by identifying new business development opportunities across a premium sports portfolio and leading an end-to-end sales process from lead identification and first approach, to final negotiation and contract - using sports marketing theory to target different clients, industries and geographies.
Predominantly time will be spent based from an office in the Manchester / Cheshire area.
THE COMPANY: This global player are involved with high profile sports personality sponsorship, large sports club marketing rights, sports tournament and federation rights, large sports clubs/organisation clothing sponsorship rights.
THE CANDIDATE: The person desired for this role with have proven experience of new business development, sales presentation and negotiation, plus lead generation. The ability to deal with high volume, diverse work in a pressurised sales environment is essential. Experience within sports marketing, advertising, media or sponsorship sales experience is preferred but not essential.
£27,000 to £35,000 basic
