The Role

This role is focused on managing the key customer portfolio, achieving and surpassing sales & profits and maximising the return on investment of the portfolio of brands. This will be done by:

  • Working closely with the Line Manager on securing new business and creating joint business plans
  • Proactively managing key prospect lists to ensure the targeting of Bullseye prospect accounts
  • Developing collaborative customer partnerships that encapsulate the key points contained within the customer’s summary of needs and translate Look of Success objectives into relevant customer business plans in line with their business cycle
  • Using insight to maximise distribution, availability and visibility of brands in the account portfolio by setting specific targets/gap analysis
  • Having full responsibility of all elements of financial management including debtors days in line with customer terms

The Candidate

The person who will be in successful in this role will have:

  • 2 years’ experience of Business Development Management/Key Account Management/New business Development
  • The ability to be an adaptable team player
  • Outstanding planning & organisation skills
  • An insight led selling background
  • A self-starting, passionate and results driven nature
  • Strong IT skills
