This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join one of the most exciting disrupter start-ups in the UK.
The business is a brand new healthy snacking brand, founded by a crack team of start-up experts. They have a rich history disrupting mature food & drink categories in the UK & internationally, with great tasting health-focussed brands adored by consumers.
The brand is backed by major investors, with extensive funding in place, and is primed for launch in Q1 2019.
We're helping the business expand their amazing team by searching for an Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in their ambitious growth plans. By developing and managing all operations & supply chain activity, you will play a key role is helping shape the growth of our business.
You will ensure all processes, systems, service levels, costs and quality measures are running at exceptional standards. The successful candidate will be a key member of the management team leading the organisation in achieving its growth ambitions.
Ideal candidate:
- At least 3 Years Operations consumer goods experience – ideally including a start-up, entrepreneurial, or blue chip environment
- Enthusiastic and driven – a results seeker
- An entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative – a passionate team member and a natural in business partnerships
- Procurement strategy development
- Commercial acumen
- Excellent numeracy skills & data analysis
