My client is a Global retail business and luxury brand, operating in over 100 stores across the UK, they are currently looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join their exciting team!

The Role
Reporting into the Senior Channel Manager, the ideal candidate will manage two direct reports and support the digital analytics, CRM strategy, and campaigns across the business.
- Oversee the CRM strategy
- Plan and Budget the CRM
- Implement successful campaigns
- Cleanse & Manage raw data
- Run analytic campaigns using Google & Social Media
- Report & Run email campaigns

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be educated to Bachelors Degree level, however, this is not essential. Candidates must have strong and experience in CRM strategy and digital campaigns, candidates will be ideally from a retail background and have a strong record of key achievements.
